WoT in Business excels thanks to the vision and expertise of a team of carefully selected professionals, covering all areas related to researching, designing and implementing solutions for greater equality, diversity and work / life balance.

Eva was born in Athens in 1982. She graduated with a degree in Psychology in 2004 and continued with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management for another year. Since then her interest has turned to staff selection, where she has been active until today. Over the years she has obtained a professional diploma in HR and gained valuable experience as a working coach. She has also been volunteering in the field of staff selection and the empowerment of young executives. She is married and has a son.

Thomas is a DPLG architectural engineer with a degree from Paris – La Villette. He has 15 years experience in designing, supervising and constructing buildings. He is, together with Lydia Manitsidou, the co-founder of the bm -archilab architecture office, in which they design and create together, in various areas of the architectural design and practice, on various scales and for various uses: residences, shops, public buildings, workplaces. Since 2009, Thomas and Lydia have been particularly focused on workplace design and have acquired valuable skills through all related projects assigned to them. They have analyzed, designed and implemented workplace design projects that have come to accommodate over 5,000 employees. At the same time they create very distinctive spaces of hospitality and residence. They use methodological analysis tools to create “smart”, versatile and multifunctional spaces, paying special attention to the well-being of the sites users, and utilizing all modern tools and systems to achieve the best possible spatial conditions with an emphasis to their environmental sensitivity.

Thomas Balogiannis

Architect, bm-archilab

Anna Papanikolaou is a lawyer, a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2004 and a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens. She holds a postgraduate LLM degree in Law of Information and Telecommunications from Strathclyde University in Glasgow. She is a practicing law firm and provides legal support and advisory services to companies of all categories, as a legal advisor on matters of establishment and operation, contracts, e-commerce, telecommunications, intellectual property, due diligence, etc. She has extensive experience in negotiations, she actively supports the out-of-court settlement of disputes and is a trained and certified Legal Advisor in Mediation by AKEDD Prometheus.

Anna Papanikolaou

Lawyer

Eleni Plessa has been a lawyer since 2003, an accredited Mediator from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since 2010 and a Trainer in Mediation. She graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens, holds a postgraduate MA in European Politics Business and Law from the University of Surrey and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA). In 2011 she co-founded the “RESOLVE” Mediation Company. As an Mediator, she undertakes Mediations related to the commercial and civil law. She also specializes in Mediation at Work and School Mediation. As a Trainer, she has worked with the Training Center of AKEC – Prometheus since 2013 and together with other RESOLVE Trainers she plans training seminars for law school students, lawyers and business executives. At the same time, as a lawyer, she is practicing as a partner in the Law Office “Papanikolaou Tsimbourakis Plessa” and serves as a legal advisor to a number of companies. She has co-written, together with Spyros Antonelos, the first scientific book on Mediationpublished in Greece, titled “Mediation in civil and commercial matters. International Experience and Hellenic Application” (published by Sakkoula Legal Publications Athens – Thessaloniki).

Stella Kalapotli was born in Athens. She studied in the UK, where she obtained an MSc in International Management from Reading University. After a long course in both foreign and Greek companies, she decided to set up RED THREAD in 2015. RED THREAD is a company with the mission to provide consulting services and solutions in marketing, corporate branding, communication and business development as well as to create synergies of mutual benefit between Companies and Organizations. Pinelopi studied Media Studies at the University of Sussex and continued with her postgraduate studies at the Communications & Public Relations Department of the University of Westminster in London. The Communication and Public Relations won her over for the first 15 years of her career. Now, as Certified Personal and Executive Coach, she supports individuals -with a greater emphasis on women and teens- to design their personal and professional lives by setting and achieving goals that are meaningful and worthwhile for them. At the same time, as a co-founder of Women on Top, he has an active role in planning, organizing and coordinating the organization’s initiatives, as well as the Mentorkids mentoring network for the vocational guidance of teens.

Lydia is an architectural engineer with a degree from the Architecture Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a master’s from the National Polytechnic School of Athens.
