inc.lude Conference | Compliance in practice: How EU legislation is changing equality, diversity & inclusion in the corporate environment

inc.lude’s annual conference highlighting new initiatives, data and tools to promote equality, diversity and inclusion in businesses and organisations, this year showcases the regulatory framework concerning DEI.

Based on the European directives concerning accessibility, equal pay, ESG, work-life balance, violence and harassment at work, as well as gender quotas for the management bodies of listed companies, experts and market executives, from Greece and abroad, will analyze, through speeches and workshops, not only the requirements of the new regulatory framework but also ways in which these can be practically implemented and constitute the starting point for a substantial positive change for companies and organizations of all sizes.

In an ocean of labor laws, this workshop is the lifeline that will help you “float” safely in any work environment. Whether you are just starting your career, wanting to re-enter the labor market, or looking for your way in it, knowing your labor rights is essential. In this workshop, you will learn everything you need as a working person, you will receive answers to your questions and acquire tools that will help you recognize violations (especially those related to gender discrimination and sexual harassment!) and will give you the confidence and certainty to claim what you deserve in your work.


15.30-16.30 | Workshop: How to protect your mental health when looking for a job
This workshop focuses on the challenges of job searching and their impact on our mental health. Through practical tools and targeted strategies, you will learn how to manage your stress and insecurity, strengthening your mental resilience and taking care of yourself effectively during this demanding process.
