Event category: Inclusivity Lounge

On Tuesday, May 11, the online platform of the Delphi Economic Forum will host, for the second consecutive year, the Inclusivity Lounge online, organized by Women On Top, with the support of the US Embassy in Athens. The Inclusivity Lounge online is organized under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Family Policy and Gender Equality.

The Inclusivity Lounge online will again this year be a space for thinking, exchanging ideas and networking around inclusive leadership as well as important gender aspects of technology and the future of work. The aim of the initiative is to put the issues of gender equality, diversity and inclusive leadership at the heart of the Delphi Economic Forum, one of the most important meeting and decision-making platforms, at a critical time for the national and global recovery from the crisis of the pandemic, through investing in a more sustainable future.

Selected speakers from politics, media, technology and business industries, from around the world, will analyze topics such as the equal representation of women and their role in the recovery from the COVID-19 crisis, the importance of participation and inclusive leadership in the development of ethical technologies, the ways the pandemic is shaping the future of work, the funding gap, the promotion of female entrepreneurship, and the gender gap in the digital skills that define our present and future.
