On the 22nd of February 2021, from 16.00 to 19.00, Women Οn Top, with the support of Konrad Adenauer Foundation of Greece and Cyprus, Commit and PwΨ, organizes its fourth annual conference about equality in business, regarding the inclusive leadership in times of crisis.
This year’s conference, which will be carried out entirely online, includes:
- Tools, courses and methodologies from the international corporate ecosystem by Diversity, Equality & Inclusion expert Allyson Zimmermann, under the seal of Catalyst organization.
- Good practices from the field of inclusive leadership during the pandemic, from distinguished companies in Greece
- Interactive workshops from experienced coordinators for managers, HR executives and communication professionals who want to cultivate the necessary skills to form an equal and inclusive culture and business profile
- Networking and, experiences and practices exchange through brief networking sessions
Through the talks, the workshops and the networking that the participants will take part in, Women On Top aims, for yet another year, to expand and enhance a community of executives and employees who will have the vision, the insight and the skills to bring a timely and substantial change through and beyond their organizations.

This workshop is about methodologies, tools and good practices that the executives can use in order to apply to programs with effectiveness and viable impact to the company and its human resources.

Workshop 3 | Is our new advertisement sexist?

How can an advertisement become sexist, without us noticing? What does inclusive marketing and communication really mean? Is the audience interested if an advertisement promotes equality or the patriarchy? In this workshop we will try to find the answers to make the right questions in order to avoid a crisis and to invest in creating progressive and responsible brands for everyone.

Workshop 5 | | Effective support of employees with families

What are the special needs of employees with families and especially those of women, when a crisis like the pandemic overturns our support structures and way of working? How can companies support employees that are caregivers, so that they enhance an inclusive culture, and also ensure the long-term mobilization and efficiency of their human resources?

Workshop 6 | Do you speak inclusively?

Words, images and channels that are used in the communication within small, medium and large companies are proven to be decisive for the actuation, loyalty and feeling of belonging that employees experience as individuals and in teams. In this workshop, we will look into methods and tools that will allow us to make use of the language and the messages within an organization as means of cultivation of an inclusive culture.
