The first co-working, learning, advocacy and empowerment Hub for women and families in Greece
In more than 12 years of Women On Top’s work, the organisation has developed a dynamic community, the necessary expertise and many valuable tools for women’s professional and economic empowerment, equality and inclusion in the workplace. WHEN Hub was created to accommodate not only WoT’s action but also its vision to create a collaborative hub that can, in a systematic way, promote gender equality in Greece.
We did not achieve this alone, but collectively!
For work, for meetings, for events, for children
ith a co-working space with spacious desks and ergonomic chairs for 30 workstations, 3 meeting rooms with the necessary equipment, private offices for small groups & organizations, and an event & seminar space with a capacity of 70 people, WHEN Hub will be the new meeting and co-working point in the heart of Athens. In this new space you will be able to set up your permanent or temporary professional home, and work efficiently for as many hours as you need, by booking your spot online quickly and easily.
Co-working space
An open-space area with 30 workstations, spacious desks and ergonomic chairs. You can choose a flexible package and use any available workstation or reserve a fixed seat that will be there to you any time.
Meeting rooms
Two meeting rooms for 6-8 people and one for 8-10 people. The meeting rooms are furnished with a central table and comfortable chairs, ensuring a quiet environment for your meetings to be calm and productive. Presentation equipment is available upon request.
Private offices
One private office for a small group of 2-6 people. The office is fully furnished with comfortable chairs and large desks that will meet your team’s needs.
Event space
A flexible event space with a capacity of up to 70 people, equipped with screens and high-speed internet.
WHEN Mini Hub
A safe and flexible creative activity area for infants and children 0-12 years old. It can accommodate up to 8 children at the same time, always in the presence and participation of a specialized coordinator.
It operates daily from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and there is also the possibility of using the services of the WHEN Mini Hub during a training or any other event at the WHEN Hub, upon request.
Parent & Baby Room
A quiet and fully equipped room where you can breastfeed, change or put your baby to sleep without being disturbed.
Accessibility
The main areas of the hub have been designed to provide maximum accessibility to people with mobility, sensory or other disabilities.
Specifically, the WHEN Hub provides:
- Ramps with a minimum width of 0.90m at the entrance door of the building
- Accessible route from the entrance to the lift, with manoeuvring space
- Accessible lift
- Fully accessible WCs on the first and second floor
- Solid, non-slip and non-reflective flooring
- Minimum width of internal doors 0.85 m
- Good lighting
