Xanthi is a senior marketing professional with experience in retail & services sectors, transformation projects and marketing operations. She has proven leadership & strategy skills that create business results and growth. Recently she has been involved in digitisation project as an enabler. Her focus as a mentor would be to empower young female professionals in order to believe in themselves and their capabilities and to develop all the necessary soft skills that will help establish them in demanding professional environments. She strongly believes that if a woman wishes to succeed in her job, the academic skills, knowledge and typical professional experience are not enough.
