The past few weeks were very dear to the heart of the Women On Top team, as it was awarded for 3 separate actions it implemented in 2021.
At the Women Empowerment and Diversity & Inclusion Awards D&I, L'Oréal Professional Products and Women On Top won the Bronze award in the category Best Initiatives - Best Learning & Development / Training Program, for the action “BE YOUR BEST”, The New Business Empowerment Program for Women in the Hairdressing Sector.
At the same awards, the Gold prize was also awarded in the Best Social Responsibility Activities - Women Education & Skilling category for the action "ReGeneration FEMpowerment Initiative", an initiative of ReGeneration, with the support of the US Embassy in Athens and of A.B. Vassilopoulos and under the guidance of Women On Top, for the empowerment of female entrepreneurs.
The third prize came from the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards, entitled BEST NEW ENTRY NGO, for the action we carried out with the support of SAP, “Ready for Work & Ready for Work again | Workshops & mentoring to find (again) the job you want".
