Anthi was born and raised in Kozani. She is a graduate of the Department of Educational and Social Policy, and specifically the Continuing Education department of the University of Macedonia. As part of her studies, she dealt intensively with emotional intelligence, which culminated in the research she prepared for the implementation of her thesis.
During her professional career she worked in companies in administrative positions. At the same time, she attended the specialized training program “Emotional Intelligence and Management” of the Training and Lifelong Learning Center of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. The desire to contribute to the development of practices and applications in the field of human resources led her to choose the postgraduate program in Human Resources Management of the Department of Organization and Business Administration at the University of Macedonia.
She is actively involved in volunteering in various organizations, participating in actions related to education and skill development, as she believes that the need for new knowledge and skills should never stop. Follows WoT with particular interest for the actions and researches it implements. She participated in the 4th Inclusivity Lounge “Toward a sustainable and gender responsive economy” where she got to know the WoT team up close.
