Effie is a Project Manager at Women On Top and a Certified Personal and Business Coach. She studied Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business and, after a quick passage from the Human Resources sector, she turned to Civil Society. Since 2020, she has been a part of the Women On Top team. Through her work, she strives daily to contribute to the creation of an equal and inclusive society. She has attended the programs “Organizational Psychology and Behavior” of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and “Training of executives for the design and implementation of gender equality policies” of the University of Aegean and is constantly educating herself on issues related to gender topics. As a coach, she simultaneously works with people who want to discover their own professional path that will bring them closer to the career they desire.
