Gina Theofilidou is a highly motivated and skilled Business Support Professional with over 28 years of experience as a Management Assistant covering different positions in Greek and multinational companies.
In 2014 she founded Your Distance Assistance, a Virtual Business Support Services that specializes in providing remote administrative, and communication services to small businesses, entrepreneurs, associations and nonprofit organizations who prefer to outsource various tasks to optimize their operational efficiency.
Her expertise extends to training & mentoring administrative professionals of all levels to develop their competencies, cover knowledge gaps and improve their performance and business profile in order to meet the current requirements and future demands of their role.
She is cooperating with Private Institutes of Vocational Training where she serves as facilitator and or meticulous crafting of training material for various modules-courses referred to Administrative Professionals.
She holds Diplomas in Public Relations-Business Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University, Greek-English Executive Secretarial Studies from Saint George Commercial College.

She has served as National Chairman of the Greek IMA (former European Management Assistants Association) from 2010-2014 and as an Executive PR Officer from 2014-2016 to the Executive Committee of the International Management Assistants’ Association (IMA).
She is also an active member of International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP)| International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) | World Administrators Alliance, Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs (S.E.G.E) , Lean In Circles community and in Humannera.org as Administration Champion.
