In the 8th edition of the Event Awards for the most creative and innovative events of the year, Women On Top won 2nd place in the Sustainable & Open to Public Event category, for the WoT Hackathon & Career Fair 2023, closing a year with 3 very special awards for our action! These awards are organized by Boussias Events and have established themselves as the major event organization meeting in our country.
The WoT Hackathon & Career Fair 2023 was the organization’s first dual event, which combined Women On Top’s annual conference on equality & inclusion in business, with the proper preparation and empowerment of women to achieve their career goals.
While we are only 2 weeks away from the second edition of our two-day conference, which this year takes place in the Technopolis city of Athens on January 26 & 27, we are very happy and proud of this distinction, as it confirms that our action has value, proves that equality & inclusion at work matters, and charges us with even more will to continue the professional & economic empowerment of women.
