The big 2-day Women On Top event that brings equality & inclusion at the heart of the workplace and equips you with all the tools you need to achieve your professional goals, is coming to Technopolis City of Athens, on January 26th & 27th!

On 17 & 18 February 2023, Women On Top is organizing a unique two-day event on equality and inclusion at work: two initiatives for changemakers who will enter and/or develop in the labor market, making it better for all.

On February 23, 2022, the non-profit organization Women On Top, in collaboration with the companies Pfizer and the Center for Digital Innovation, Henkel, Commit Global and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation of Greece and Cyprus, and with the support of the Norwegian Embassy, is holding the 5th annual conference entitled "Equality & Inclusion in Business: Lessons from Norway and Iceland", within the WoT in Business initiative.

On February’s last Saturday, from 10.00 until 17.00, Women on Top will carry out an educative conference titled, “Women on Top in Business 2019: From theory to practice”. Its main theme is the planning of innovative but doable plans about women’s equal participation, representation and treatment in the company environment in Greece –and invite business executives, journalists, but also employed men and women to actively participate.

On the 22nd of February 2021, from 16.00 to 19.00, Women Οn Top, with the support of Konrad Adenauer Foundation of Greece and Cyprus, Commit and PwΨ, organizes its fourth annual conference about equality in business, regarding the inclusive leadership in times of crisis.
