On 17 & 18 February 2023, Women On Top is organizing a unique two-day event on equality and inclusion at work: two initiatives for changemakers who will enter and/or develop in the labor market, making it better for all.

Aimed at empowering women and fostering a more equal and inclusive culture at work, this year the Women On Top Conference for Equality in Business will have a Hackathon character welcoming real D&I challenges posed by our top sponsoring companies. Individuals and teams participating in the hackathon, from different industries and fields, will work together to develop together sustainable ideas and tools that will provide solutions to real challenges, making the workplace a more equal environment. At the end, the jury will select the teams who will win relevant prizes and maybe get a chance to see their innovative solution in action!
To take part in the Hackathon, you don’t need to have any previous experience. Whether you have a specific idea to submit or want to join one of the groups that will work on specific challenges, all you have to do is register.

At the 1st WoT Career Fair you will have the opportunity to get in touch with companies and organizations that invest significantly in the development and promotion of women’s potential, to receive job search guidance from the career coaches and mentors of Women On Top, and to meet our team – together with a dynamic community of women who want to make work one of the best part of their lives.
Whether you are looking for your first job, want to advance in your field, or are re-entering the job market after a long time, the WoT Career Fair will prepare you for all the steps of finding a job and give you the opportunity to hear facts, opinions and advice on thematic panels. Human Resources executives will be there to answer your most difficult questions, while you will be given the opportunity to approach the companies you are interested in and get to know them in person, in the short interviews that will take place at the end of the day.
