Ready for Work, the training and employability program of Women On Top, is organized this year for the second time, for women at the beginning of their professional life.

From 9 to 13/3/2020, 30 young women will participate for free in a series of 10 practical and interactive professional development workshops, which will help them acquire or improve the most useful skills for their job search.
Upon completing of the workshops, the graduates will be connected with women who have professional experience in the field they are interested in, and will carry out a three-month mentoring partnership with them. During these 3 months, each mentor will share with the mentee experiences and knowledge she has acquired during her own career path, thus helping her to clarify goals related to her professional development. At the end of the program, they will be equipped with valuable skills, tools and contacts, to use in their job search and throughout their professional life.
