On 17 & 18 February 2023, Women On Top is organizing a unique two-day event on equality and inclusion at work: two initiatives for changemakers who will enter and/or develop in the labor market, making it better for all.

Ready for Work, is the new training and employability program of Women On Top, with the suppport of Accenture.

Ready for Work, the training and employability program of Women On Top, is organized this year for the second time, for women at the beginning of their professional life.

Ready for Work, Women On Top's training and employability program returns for the 3rd time, with the support of SAP, for women in the beginning of their career, enriched with another series of seminars and mentoring for women who want to rejoin the labor market after a break of more than 2 years.

Ready for Work, Women On Top's training and employability program returns for the 4th time, and with the support of SAP for the 2nd consecutive time, with 2 series of online seminars and mentoring, which are addressed to women in the start of their career and women who wish to rejoin the labor market after a break of more than 2 years.

Ready for Work, the Women On Top training and employability program is back for the 5th time! With the support of the pharmaceutical company Novartis Hellas, Ready for Work is landing in the field of Health Sciences, with a series of webinars and mentoring for women who are about to graduate or have already graduated from STEM and Health Sciences schools (e.g. Pharmacy/ Pharmacology, Medicine, Biology).

The 6th consecutive Women On Top training and employability program will take place in April and will give 30 young women the opportunity to equip themselves with the necessary tools and gain the confidence they need to claim the job they want.

Women On Top's training and employability program, Ready for Work (again), returns for its 7th time, and, in partnership with the Sani/Ikos Hotel Group, gives 30 women the tools they need to re-enter the labor market and find a job in the dynamically growing tourism industry.

Ready for Work, the specialized training and employability program of Women On Top, announces its 8th cycle! With the cooperation and support of the Motor Oil Group, 30 young women who are about to graduate or have already graduated from Engineering Schools, will be equipped with the necessary tools and develop the skills they need to succeed in the Energy field.
