On May 11, 2021, Women On Top held the Inclusivity Lounge online, as part of the Delphi Economic Forum, which was organized with the support of the US Embassy in Athens and under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Family Policy and Gender Equality.
For the second year, the Inclusivity Lounge became a space for thinking, brainstorming and networking around inclusive leadership as well as important gender aspects of technology and the future of work.
Selected speakers from the world of politics, media, technology and business, from all over the world, analyzed topics such as the equal representation of women and their role in the recovery from the COVID-19 crisis, the importance of inclusivity and inclusive leadership in the development of ethical technologies, the ways the pandemic is shaping the future of work, the funding gap and the promotion of female entrepreneurship, and the gender gap in the digital skills that define our present and future.
What they shared can be an important source of inspiration and information for those of us who work, think and talk about equality issues in Greece, and that is why we created a report where we gathered the main points of the Inclusivity Lounge discussions to share it with youm with the hope that it will be a source of even more reflections, ideas and solutions that will lead to a more inclusive future.
