Penelope Giannakopoulou

Penelope studied at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Athens and obtained her postgraduate diploma in International and European Studies from Panteion University with a specialization in European Administration and Politics (Jean Monnet Programme). She has attended numerous training seminars in the fields of human rights protection, migration and asylum, social inclusion-integration of vulnerable groups, as well as the promotion of sustainable development policies through the implementation of regenerative practices.

She has worked as an administrative executive in private sector companies for several years, whereas in recent years, she has assisted Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the development and improvement of their operations through fundraising, providing consulting services, implementing strategic planning, and establishing innovative partnerships. She has extensive experience in proposal writing and grant management from international and Greek organizations, encompassing both public and private sectors.
