Rafaela grew up in Chania. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Science from the University of Crete. In 2020, she completed her postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
In her professional journey, she has been actively involved in human resources, working in recruitment and talent acquisition, mainly within IT companies. In recent years, she has also focused on Employer Branding, and she is actively pursuing training in marketing techniques to achieve business goals.
Her involvement with Women On Top began at the seminar “Women On Top in Business 2019: Equality, from Theory to Practice,” where she started gaining insights into equality issues in the workplace. Since 2020, she has been actively supporting Women On Top as a volunteer, mentor, and facilitator in various initiatives, to empower women, promote awareness, and gender equality.
Beyond her contributions to WoT, she volunteers as an HR moderator in an online marketing group with over 23,000 members. Additionally, she actively participates in initiatives addressing societal issues.
