Ready for Work, is the new training and employability program of Women On Top, with the suppport of Accenture.
Do you have (or will soon get) a degree in a positive, technological, financial/business oriented subject? Are you looking for a demanding job that will help you grow and get one step closer to your professional dreams, but you don’t have relevant experience? Women On Top, with the support of Accenture, a leading global professional services firm in strategy, consulting, digital media, technology and operations, has created the ideal learning and networking experience for you!
From 4/1 through 4/5, thirty young women will participate completely free of charge in a series of 10 hands-on and interactive professional development workshops that will help them gain or improve the most useful skills for their job search.
Upon completing of the workshops, the graduates will be connected with women who have professional experience in the field they are interested in, and will carry out a three-month mentoring partnership with them. During these 3 months, each mentor will share with the mentee experiences and knowledge she has acquired during her own career path, thus helping her to clarify goals related to her professional development. At the end of the program, they will be equipped with valuable skills, tools and contacts, to use in their job search and throughout their professional life.
