Each year, the WoT in Business Conference highlights initiatives, statistics and tools aimed at promoting equality and inclusion in businesses and organizations.
In 2023, Women On Top’s Conference for Equality in Business took on the character of a Hackathon and welcomed real Diversity, Equity & Inclusion challenges set by our top sponsoring companies and organizations participating in the event.
On Friday 17 February, more than 70 people – from different industries and fields – gathered at The Ellinikon Experience Center and worked in teams with great enthusiasm, to synthesize the innovative ideas that solved real challenges, making businesses more equal and inclusive work environments.
In this way, through a creative and participatory process, we attempted to hack everything that holds us back, and see people from all professional backgrounds do their bit to promote diversity and equal participation in the labor market.
